Juli, known to her show friends as "Juice"! This very special girl was Lily's daughter, and like her mother
possessed wonderful breed type, was an excellent mover and had loads of personality. Juli made the most of everyday.
She was major pointed.
This is Fawn and she is a daughter of Juli.
Fawn was returned to us when she was 6 and half years old. She loved men and especially adored children. She loved kids so much
she would
always find a way to visit the kids next door if her kids weren't home! Fawn developed a special
kind of friendship with Booker that was so neat to watch. She is pictured here at 10 1/2 years young! Even at this old age she was still
able to catch a potato chip in mid-air. She is deeply missed.
This is Taz and she is a daughter of Juli.
Taz was a big mush ball that could've cared less about the show ring. She went through the motions and looked pretty but that was it.
We retired her and she became the dachshund's best friend. She laid on the couch and Cinders washed her from head to toe every night. Smarter than
the average dane!
Mary's name truly fit her as she was "Quite Contrary"! Sweetest girl in the whole world as long as
things were done her way. She was purchased as an adult to breed to Larchwood's Mighty Mike v Loxley.
She gave us the 2 lovely girls pictured below. Brandi and

When Brandi was 6 months old I received a call from a very good friend of mine who lost her dane and she
wanted to adopt another. I told her I had 2 sisters and she was welcome to adopt one of them. Brandi was the cuddle bug and
sweet as could be. She played it up and off she went to live with Lauri and Don.
FLASH! Amber wins the veteran class at the GDC of PA Specialty and is presented with an Award of Merit.
Amber was that
puppy that you just know only you could keep.
She was the bully and pushed all the other puppies around. She was a born show girl and did very well.
We didn't show her as often as we would've liked because our children and their activities came first.
Amber settled in as a wonderful
pet and has produced 2 champions with 2 more on their way to becoming champions.
Perfect companion, love bug , show girl and surrogate mother. Mia can always be found with her buddy, the
chihuahua or her new "son" Marco on the couch with her. Marco will be under future stars when Diane gets a picture. Mia is owned by Diane Husar.
Sugar is a sweetheart and she too fits her name.
Sugar is very animated and full of energy and has just started her show career. She is already
consistently winning her class. We have high hopes for this young girl.
Xena is the dam of 5 champions. Liza (BIS, BISS, Ch. Shill Rest's Red Hot" was the #9 great dane for 2004)
Xena was owner-handled to her championship by Kate Kurtz of Shill Rest Great Danes. She is also dam to BISS CH Shill Rests Sure Fire One n Only, aka Rowdy, who was the 2007 GDCA Top 20 Winner.

This young energetic young girl lives up to her name, Bunnie, the Energizer bunny that is!
We always joked that China should have been named
"Bull in a China shop"! A very easy going girl but full of energy. Always monitored the backyard from the top, yes, the top
of the picnic table! She also likes to do some redecorating by moving planters and carpets to where she thinks they would
look best!
Elle is a special girl who is lovable and takes one day at a time. She excelled in the ring like a movie star
on the big screen. She enjoys travelling, her friends, toys and treats. Her motto is "have food, will travel" and that was with
anybody for any amount of time. At 5 years old she still plays like a puppy and always gives you that "foot tap" if you are ignoring
her. She finished with 4 majors and has produced very pretty puppies that possess her awesome temperament. You can see those pups on our
Future Stars page.
Kada is owned, loved, and spoiled by Ed Games and Betty Bishop and is
just like her mom, Elle. She spends her weekdays playing with her friend Tucker and most weekends
she plays show girl and is all business. Look for Kada in the show ring with her other best friend, Michael.
Kati is just starting her show career. She's a bundle of energy!

Tea has just started her show career is off to a great start! She was WB/BOS both days the first weekend she was out. Tea is co-owned with Donna Urban and Denise Yazujian. Lovingly handled by Billy Urban!
